Thanks so much for sharing this! It brings back really fun memories, I was fresh out of beauty school and cut their hair in the early days , miss that whole up close and personal club appeal they had.
now finally this the White Tiger i saw back then...they were great...i remember the Aerosmith Train Kept A Rollin song they did at the end of the show...funny to think that Twisted Sister played all the same venues...and busted out...the lead guitarist was great in this band
Does anyone know became of these guys. Out of all the bands I saw back in those days, these guys were like real rock stars. The only other band I felt like that during those days was Twisted Sister and they soon broke out of the small clubs to make it somewhat big.
I use to see them back in the 80s at the soap factory in jersey.
They had a good sound. But' The singer Neil cannot sing for SHIT. This is why they never made it big in the 80s. Danny muro is good and one of the best guitarist in the jersey clubs back in the 80s. He's the lead guitarist If they had gotten a singer with a better vioce they be rock today at the meadowlands.
I love it....I originally met them when I was working at a fastfood restaurant across the street from the club where they use to play when they first came to New Jersey from New Orleans (Dirty Nelly's). Became friends and followed them all over Jersey. One of my friends at the time became one of their roadies!!! Wow...such memories.
I used to see these guys all the time at the Final Exam in Randolph, NJ - the did Lovedrive by the Scorpions with the bass player singing - they were great!!!!
WOW - Thanks to youtube this video makes me 20 some plus years younger. I remember being turned onto" White Tiger" from two girls from Edison, NJ. This was in the early 80's. I remember White Tiger doing a lot of Zeppelin also. And they did it well. Thanks for posting this video.
