I need help with the new cect p 168+ phone

When I turn the phone on it says emergency and I have a at&t sim card that works perfectally fine in my other phone but not this one so I go into engenerring mode and select the right band but it still says emergency. Please comment on what I should do

For everyone who keeps asking me how to fix this I really dont know, after all I made this video to get help. I sent this back and got a refund. I dont recomend buying this unless you have a different network.

I just purchased this phone and it said that it was "my faves compatible but when I downloaded my icons I couldn't open the file and when I went to the t-mobile site it says that even though the phone can receive dowloads and images and ringtones it's not supported. That sucks!

i had the same problem. lets all just stop being cheap and buy the iphone. because this phone really sucks. the camera is bad. the texting is too little. the sim card doesnt work. its way to light. its just a bad phone. so everyone get iPhones!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­!!!!!!!

you probably are using a 3G sim but the phone only sipports EDGE/2G.

it's not a quad-band phone , it's a tri-band .
