@LauraVitalesKitchen I'm assuming that he allergic to the acid from the orange, so I think lemon is going to be even worse ;)

Hey Laura and other viewers! I'm so used to watching your new vids that its weird watching the old ones. Anyways, I really don't want to add any flavours to my Pastry cream I want just a plain one. Can i not add orange and stuff? Also where i live the strawberry's are very sour. Can I cook or soak tim in sugar syrup to make it sweet? And also, i can't find pre-made pie-crusts where i live and I'll have to make my own. Did you use short bread pie crust> or plain? and viewers ant hesitate to ans!

actually, i put beans and the foil on it usually when i make a tart because one time i didnt do it and the top started to puff a little and it wasnt smooth and flat like yours. now i know to do it. :D but ill make sure to try your recipe
