http://www.TheRawFoodWorld.com We went on an unexpected 3 hour hike up a mountain at around 3pm. I had't eaten any food for the entire day and I had masses of energy. Do we really need that much food? Check it out

  • @joanheron1 make small changes and they will begin to add up! :)

  • Are u sure the euphoria u feel is not from the same feeling that an anorexic gets while restricting food.Because they have described an energy rush also from not eating...just be careful...I hope I am wrong...most likely I am, I'm new to raw food,so I have a lot to learn....

  • how does Angela maintain her weight on a raw food diet? nut butter?

  • I was on high fruit, low fat in the winter months, and felt FREEZING cold if I wasn't in a 72 degree room. Had to bump up the fat, and I found that lots of trail mix and things like that warm the body beautifully in the winter. I pretty much live off of trail mix and greens in the cold months. Then switch right back into high fruit, veg, and low fat in the warm weather.

  • The reason why a raw foodist might feel energetic without eating, is because your body becomes a lot more efficient across the board. You utilize food much better for fuel, and you also convert stored bodyfat into fuel much more efficiently. You need calories to sustain life and to sustain bodyweight. I firmly believe in eating according to the seasons. High fruit, low fat in the summer, and a good amount of nuts, seeds, and dried fruit in the winter, in a balanced ratio.

  • It's nice to see I might still get to keep "the girls" lol, not trying to be rude just noticed =) I'm busty too. Thanks for your videos guys!

  • Angela, look up GLYCOGEN cos thats what you's were running on! ;)

  • eating less does, in the long run, support longevity...

    but starving yourself does not, of course

  • ROFL!! Matt is soooo hilarious!!! *busting a gut* Peace & Love :)

  • That's funny,

    i basically have had that all my life;

    my hunger usually starts in the afternoon..

    and the less i eat, the more energy i have.

    and the more i eat, the more fatigue develops.

    i also notice that the more i eat, the hungrier i become ,

    and the less i eat, the smaller my desire for food is, and the more satisfied i am.
