    Besides that, HIV deaths have gone down even in 3rd World countries like Africa.

    Yet in America, its rising dramatically. African Americans make up only 13 percent of the U.S. population, but represent 50 percent of the estimated 1 million with HIV.

    As of 2009, 60 percent of women with AIDS are Black, 20x the rate for white women, a leading cause of death among black women ages 25 to 44.
