I totally agree with you...that's something I learned while I was living in Canada. The audience for this film is VP HR: to tell them that today, tomorrow we cannot consider one way to train sales people (our core business) i.e classroom training...I agree: people management remains important to develop people. Here we are more at the learning process level: class-room vs e-learning, pod cast versus sms etc... or a blended approach. Thanks for your comment anyway

There are some good ideas here, but somehow it seems to miss the human element of managing a workforce - maybe I'm just from a past generation...
