Crocodile Tears in Court? Lindsay Lohan gets 90 days in jail

American actress Lindsay Lohan is facing three months behind bars after she violated her 3-year-long probation on a drink driving charge. In 2007 the actress pleaded guilty to misdemeanour drug charges and three driving charges and spent 84 minutes in prison before her release. A judge in California said Lohan had failed to attend court-ordered alcohol education classes. The actress burst into tears as the verdict was announced. The surrender date is July 20, 2010.

It's not an excuse, but it's not a secret that Lindsay' personal life (Her parents) was messed up, when she was crowing up. And even though that may not have been one of the worst cases in childhood, it's hard having to deal with those stuff .. And if you toss fame on top of that, it's not a secret that drugs and alcohol is looked at very lightly in that world. For a teenage girl struckling, drugs and alcohol can very easily become a need, because it cane ease the pain.And now shes just addicted
