Ya know what's funny? No one believes me when I say their were vending machines all over Japan and some with used panties. I've heard about this before...but I'm glad to see you're keeping yourself entertained...I wish I had the free time you do

They're kind of an urban legend. From what I've pieced together, they used to exist, but then the government cracked down on them and they aren't around anymore. Although I've seen regular panties, I have never seen used ones or known anyone who has (or has told me about it).
