Hoppip will learn it's first fighting move at lv 30 which is mega drain. It evolves at lv 18 and skiploom will learn it's first fighting move at lv 36 which is mega drain.Skiploom evolves at lv 27 and it learns mega drain at lv 44

Hoppip learns a grass type move at lvl 30.... so good luck with that.

in HG/SS if you like hoppip you can still catch one with a grass move because you get miracle seed + find bullet seed and stab its pretty good
