A man with the initials D.V., purchased a dvd from me, via eBay, then complained and had me essentially shutdown, because it was missing the booklet...here is me opening the exact same item to show there is no booklet, and he doesn't know what he is talking about

Dude, did you watch the video? I told him I would give him a refund when he sent the item back. He never did. He eventually got a refund, via a paypal case. So I am out the DVD AND the money because he was wrong.

Its people like him that ruin good deals and fair negotiating. Because of people like this DV character people aren't going to trust any buyers ever and will treat you like crap (deservedly from them being taken and accused of shit), they will take stuff down before it ends because they do not even believe people will pay the price or will be such a pain in the ass its not worth it. I just recently did a deal with a guy on e-bay who had gone through the same thing and wasn't having it.

After 10 years of problem-free trading on ebay I got suckered by a lying scumbag. Now I am out, 1 laptop (he said he never received it) and I am supposed to refund £300 to ebay..I told them to fuck off, so they sicked the debt collectors on me, they were also told to fuck off. Now, ebay's alter ego paypal want a £100 , so I told them to fuck off as well. In fact, anyone who wants £ can fuck off.
