  • Agreed dkittner. Take a look at programs like yours and mine: Youth in Fitness dot ca

Also look at what Frank Forencich of the Exuberant Animal proposes. A Body Centred curriculum. He explains it in his videos and on his site.

We have to get back to a physical culture. There is no mind without the body.

  • Sorry to say but getting kids active on a daily basis is crucial to their overall health and development. It's should not serve to be a "break" from academics. Play and physical activity is learning and very important learning at that. The benefits are well researched and documented as to the importance of kids getting daily physical activity. Our schools are a major let down and we need people involved who realize the importance of living a healthy lifestyle on a daily basis.

  • schools need sport walls! If we build it they will come and play

  • Hi, I was checking out your video, I like your channel, I think school kids also need to learn healthy eating skills by the school and there parents also they should be given the chance to choose either healthy food in the lunch room or a healthy snack. obesity in the usa is the highest epidemic more so than the 1960s so people living in the usa and all parts of the world should make it our duty to stop obesity
