I completely agree. 8 Diagrams was a hot album, their best in years, and classic WU in spirit; but not in sound. And that's the way it should be. Shit shouldn't sound the same, and you can't be the same at 40 as you were at 20; or at least you shouldn't be.
Lame people can't deal with artist growing, because so many people are stunted in their own growth. Only in Hip Hop do legends get no respect as their careers mature. You just get thrown out on the curb like so much garbage.

Im the only cat who appreciates 8 diagrams. the shits bangin. Way better than W and Iron Flag. my reasons would take mad long. But the main reason I think peoplle didnt like 8 diagrams is cuz they were expecting 36 chambers part2. The 90's are over, they're all adults now and the RZA sound is as dope as ever, its just more mature.
