What I've noticed from watching tons of videos about Lemonade Diet is the people who lasted 10 or more days sound like holy or saint ones. It's obvious that this diet cleanses not only the physical body, but also the mind. There is a Russian saying "There is a healthy mind in a healthy body". And it's so true. I love you all.
