  • this cop is a doushbag, he used to be a detective that wasnt very good at his job so was re-assigned to patrol duty. i believe that this doushbag is still working in YUMA. from my understanding he used to lie on the stand to convict people.

  • haha

    they spelled yield wrong

  • Then everyone would say it wasn't them. You have no idea what you are talking about and I am done with this stupid fucking conversation. I know what happened when I copied down a plate and testified in court. You are welcome to believe what ever you want. Conversation over.

  • Tool both violation work same way as red light photo camera. If it is not you driving, you tell that to the court and it gets dismissed. You're not required to id the driver. Also failure to yield and photo booth violation is totally different violation so it works totally different.

  • OK, good to know you know the law better than a judge. WHAT ABOUT A TOLL BOOTH VIOLATION YOU FUCKING CRACK HEAD. THEY TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR CAR AND MAIL IT TO YOU FUCK TARD.

  • Hahaha...sounds like you got stupid defender(s) who had no clue what they were doing. I promise you if you try that with me it would not fly. NO id, no ticket. You can't assign violation points to someone that you can't id.

  • I TESTIFIED IN COURT YOU FUCKING DIPSHIT. Tell the judge he couldn't find them guilty like he did, and my father is a retired New Jersey State Trooper and has done it himself. Know what the fuck you are talking about before running your baboon mouth.

  • Good luck, really good luck. Here is the problem with what you just said. In order to issue a ticket, a police officer must be able to know who was operating the vehicle at the time, as such issuing it to register owner(s) do not work. As such police officer needs to witness the infarction (yes it's an infraction) and pull over the vehicle in order to issue the ticket. So you writing down licenses plate and giving it to the cops, will not work, but keep trying if you think it will do any good.

  • Nice try idiot. ANY emergency vehicle can take down a plate number and the police CAN AND WILL mail you a citation. When I am responding to the firehouse and someone does not yield to my emergency lights in my personal vehicle I can also copy the plate down and give it to a police officer on scene of the call. It does mean that I have to testify in court as to what happened, so I have only done it once when someone looked right at me and didn't pull over.

  • its all fun and games until you need the police. too many stupid fools on the road
