Not tryin to insult your teaching though. You're spot on note for note in every technique used in the solo. I just think the reason people are saying it sounds off is because it's all one fret higher. But I still learned it without a problem cuz I know the shape of the scales and shit. I brought it all down one fret and it sounded perfect along with the song. So thank you for posting this.

Isn't it in the key of C minor? Not C sharp? I noticed that right at the beginning of the lesson. If you listen to the song, it's all a half step below this. So just take every note you play and move it down one fret.
