Obama could change the corruption in Africa, this corrupt leaders was supported and encouraged by white europeans and Americans for a long time, so they could get easy access to resources and sell their guns to them. But if Obama says the buck stops with me, and depose all the corrupt leaders and don't support them politically or military all these will change with in the next decade.

What do you want him to do for his grandma? Put her in a 30 Bedroom House in Miami? She prefers where she is, she even said so. I have my grandma living in the villages of Africa too with alot of cousins neises and nephews while I live in Britain, but thats what they prefer.

Oh yeah. You are way worse off than your relatives in western Africa will ever be. They have it so good. Lucky that their ancestors weren't taken as slaves.Freetown and Liberia are wonderful bastions of opportunity and freedom. I'm so sorry you have to live here.
