look at my video its a fix though you cant put the ps3 back together, you can play any game and works perfectly so you might want to try it its easy.

What it comes down to is reliability and ps3 is wayyyyy more reliable than xbox 360.

I have mine horizontal. It seems to load easier and seems to be more of a console that way.

yea I know what you are talking about but it doesn't seem to affect the performance so I guess its not a problem either, if anything I'll just call sony if it does break, I still have warranty for another 11 months or so

I found out that its not a problem, some of the models do that and its absolutely fine, if you want you can call sony and they will tell you the same thing. if yours is not working there is some other problem with it
