Lonnie Donegan - The King of Skiffle - recorded an album with all-star friends in 1977. Elton John played piano on a couple of tracks - this one "Diggin' My Potatoes", and also the title track "Puttin' on the Style". Both were skiffle classics from the fifties. Ray Cooper played percussion. Brian May (of Queen) played electric guitar! Some of the other tracks featured Ringo Starr, Ronnie Wood, Nicky Hopkins, Leo Sayer....
Lonnie Donegan was a huge musical influence on all of these musicians and many more. He died in 2002.
This recording was taken from the original vinyl!
I remember (and I'm sure my sisters will too), playing a few tunes from this album, very loudly, on early Saturday mornings to 'help us recover from the Friday night'... This song has one of the best Brian May guitar sounds (and solo). Loud and rockin'...! Another great track was Rock Island Line with Rory Gallagher on guitar... But this song got us ready to rock again.....

Awesome piano, music and all. Somehow Lonnie's voice reminds me of Bob Dylan in 1961-62.
