Only the American fans want KO's in every single fight, look at the Japanese fans, they're on their feet during a pure wrestling match, they appreciate wrestling, unlike the American casual "fans" that boo whenever a fight goes to the ground.
80% of the UFC fanbase consists of clueless people that can't comprehend the techniques and complexities of wrestling.

@leaderOFlosers If watching a man lie in full guard for 5 rounds is your cup of tea, then so be it. GSP vs. Frank Trigg is an example of how exciting EFFECTIVE wrestling can be. But lieing in full guard the entire time is flat out boring. Most people can appreciate a great fight - even if it goes to a decision. But everybody wants to see a nice KO or a slick submission, regardless of your claims.

Not everyone wants KO's in every fight, i personally would rather see a 5 round wrestling match then a first round KO.

@ChrisAtWar93 Seeing as how two of my favorite fighters, Jacare & Maia, are BJJ specialists... I think I'll stick to MMA. I love a beautiful BJJ based ground game involving transitions, sweeps & scrambles.
