Basenjis have a great voice but if you want to hear the best barooing check out the greater swiss mountain dog baroos their extremley loud with highly pronounced B's

they usually baroouuuoooo. but yea, they will bark if they hear it from other dogs. but when i get one i want it to bark and only "sing"/yoddle from time to time.

My girl B 'barks' sometimes...I think she has picked it up from our little Maltese x Shih Tzu, who has picked up some Basenji yodels in return! :P
