A Truckee River Golden Stonefly going through the hatching process.
This is a really cool, up close look at how a stonefly metamorphs from a gill breathing underwater nymph - to an air breathing, flying, adult, in a matter or minutes! Fly fishermen/women will love this!

  • I ate one to see what they tasted like Not Bad !!! I have seen 4 pound browns jump 2ft out of the water to take those things during a hatch !! I stopped fishing and just watched it was unrealllllllllll !! Sick Video!!!!!
