  • So when you time shots do you time then from the second you hit the brew button or from the second the coffee hits the cup? Also, the amount of espresso you have, does it count the crema? Like if I wanted to pull a 1.5 oz shot in 27 seconds, would I shot when the top of the crema hits the 1.5 oz mark or when the top of the espresso body hits the 1.5 oz mark?
