The show was not rigged for Rachel to win! I however do think BB did want a vet and a newbie as the Final 2! What Vet and newbie was up to them. It is a known fact that BB attempts to sway votes a certain way because Rachel and others would get out of DR complaining about them trying to get her and others to change their decision about getting rid of Daniele!
Daniele even made comments about people in production helping her and giving her more alcohol when she was HOH
