@mykatsuki It is called years of training in the acting industry and continous practise in focus and concentration exercises. I did 7 years training in it and still learn things 2 years on about focus and concentration. Also most actors will find a posistion comfortable for them so that helps a lot. Also listen in on the action around helps too so then when they come in they don't seem like they are out of loop.
