2.Jesus never denounced slavery,

How about 1 Cor 14:34? That's the NT, not the OT. It tells women to keep quiet in the churches. You cannot use your Talmudic nonsense excuse for that one. How about Paul being misguided? @sprsmoke When was Josephus born? In the year 37. When did Jesus supposedly die? Biblical historians guess that he would have died anywhere from 30 to 36. AGAIN, THERE IS ZERO RECORD OF JESUS DURING HIS LIFETIME. The Josephus argument works for people who search for Biblical vindication, not people searching for the truth.

As for the "Talmudic nonsense," Christianity is a very convenient religion. You give God and/or Jesus the credit for all of the good. When it comes to the terrible parts...
