@evildoing loll, its because the serious bodybuilders workout around 5 am in the morning and not many people come to the gym that early

@xxzipitxx well this always happens, with everyone, when you first start off working out you gain alot of muscle, around 10-15 pounds of muscle in the first year, but after that your muscle gains are slown down, you start to gain like 5 pounds of muscle a year no matter how hard you try.

@22complexity Uhm i have been Eating More Specific foods now So ive gained Some muscle back But I still Notice Like My body Shrunk but its coming back slowly Iunno maybe Because i stoped Eating as much that could be it

@xxzipitxx Ok thats not too long, it's pretty normal to be getting stronger even if your losing weight, are you sure your losing muscle?

@22complexity No I have been getting alot stronger but I honestly still think Last year I had best results Like my arms shrunk a little and My abbs Are more shitty now and I lost like all my side weight around my abbs so ididnt look so skinny but Now i look skinny cuz I Lost all the weight on my sides and my abbs look smaller to. Idk its screwd up
Was watching that last exercise thinking thats good form then, Fucking hell look at all them weights hes lifting :0

@animal100000 It was the whole stack of 150 lb.........I could do more as my triceps and traps are my very strong body parts.....we all have certain body parts that are naturally stronger than others

im an old git myself,and if you want to continue training for years,and years you must use slow correct form.If you slam and pull weights about,you will hammer your joints too much.All good bodybuilders use good form.

@totalhealth4life Hey Rico I'm not sure if you could answer this but last year i noticed i was alot bigger and this year i shrunk and yet im still hitting the gym and lifting heavyer weights
