April Wine is a Canadian rock band formed in 1969. According to the band, they chose the name 'April Wine' simply because members thought the two words sounded good together.The band would go on to release over 20 albums and forge a live performance reputation that sees them still drawing devoted crowds across Canada and around the world 37 years after taking their first steps into the hard rock spotlight.

I'm from Atlantic Canada and I just seen them on Canada Day 2011.These guy's after 42 year's of touring came down home here in Moncton N.B to play a free concert for their favourite fan's because they've been around ever since I was a kid and was watching them play at Moncton High School way back and it bring's back great memories.April Wine is very under rated so listen to some more if you like this tune.They have many hit's so enjoy this great Canadian Band.I did..

I saw these guys at the Red Robinson Casino 2010 and it was great!
