One of the levels of Modern Warfare 2 during Campaign mode. It is called "No Russian."
You enter an airport and go undercover with the bad guys, shooting everyone you can find.

Oh.. well sorry about giving your vid 1 star then =p I assumed you were part of that group that thought this level was 'awesome' and 'fun'. Killing hundreds of civilians in a realistic manner was not 'fun' in any way to me.

I don't think this level is just graphic/disturbing.. it's a distasteful marketing scam. The whole point was to get people talking and it did. Shame on you, Infinity Ward.
