wow that's amazing! my dog is a shih tzu, about 21/22 weeks old, male, and will not lift his legs either! so odd!!

aw! cute dog i love gizmo! my shih tzu is sooooopper lazy and loves to play with his toy but HATES water and exercises!

also, my friend had a shih tzu and hers was a girl named dot. dot lifted her leg about an inch off the ground when she peeed! dot also had all brothers as siblings so that might have something to do with it.

They seem to be VERY happy! Dogs receiving love and affection of the owners are really happy .. and continue taking care of them!
