I really love your 3min routines for abs and butt! I often toss them in while watching tv (during commercials or so) :D Why should I just sit around while I can add a "little" burnout... ;-)

OH. MY. GOODNESS!!! This was an amazing, amazing booty burnout! (I can only imagine what doing it four times in one day would do -- Oy!!) ;-)

Your interval timer has a gloriously mellow sound (like an elevator instead of a mind-piercing beep like my Gymboss -- Oy!)...May I ask what kind/brand of timer (or device, or "app") it is?

That results in a sideways video......... I could then rotate the final video in the editing process, I was having such tech issues this day, it seemed easiest to just go with this:)
