Pilates Sports Center presents the final episode of Pilates for Men 7 in the 30 sessions to a new body series. In two months Art has shed about 20 lbs by doing Pilates 4 days per week and watching his food intake. The before and after photos are staggering, and it's all here! Share with other Pilates enthusiasts across the globe, and thanks for tuning in!

  • @PilatesSportsCenter Please let me know if you and Josh decide to come to NYC to do a workshop or something. I have some guy buddies who don't believe in the Power of Pilates even when they see me in my Jessica Rabbit dresses (from all those Obliques Torture Variations on the Reformer, LOL). And even though Roger Federer and Jason Kidd do their Pilates!

  • @johnlovesbridge Are ya kiddin me? did you see Pilates for Men 1??? go back and watch that and then tell me. I STUNK! But now...I can do a few things. :)

  • Art would've had the same results by watching his food intake and excercising four times a week no matter what. Great results though, you clearly have a lower bodyfat percentage and packed on some muscle. Keep at it. :)

  • Just bought the dvd! Cant wait to try it. Im so weak(due to excessive dieting and cardio before) hopefully I'll get some muscles after trying this.
