Notice how he says up at the top about how this whole thing is about "a United States Capitol Police Officer who was derelict in his duty when I was assaulted by a bicyclist while talking with the Officer."
That's "Wild Bill" for you. He probably lost his hearing because he's not taking his medication again.

Paranoid dilusional people live in constant fear and mistrust everything. A paranoid dilusional is egocentric and may believe that any goings on is related in some way to a larger conspiracy to effect them. A sad situation that clinical approaches would only throw chemicals toward the patient. Those drugs usually only make a person stop caring about anything.

Wild Bill, Crazy Bill, take your pick. He's a real pain in the ass up there. He audio records everything. He hopes you violate his rights, which has yet to happen. We all know who he is. Some days he's fine, just riding his bike around. Others, he loud and a pain, probably because he's off his meds or something.

VIDEO GLASSES?
Holy shit, you are so paranoid. You seriously think they would give something as advanced as that to a patrol officer?
Good lord,... Let me tell you something!
The government doesn't give a shit about you. They're not out to get you. You may think they are because of your far fetched conspiracy ideas, but they aren't. They could care less about your stupid insignificant opinion.
Truth hurts, doesn't it?
