@71savages there is nothing profound about it. Hirst's idea that it is victory over death? All the monetary wealth in the world cannot buy off death, to believe so is to live in an illusory world. Animals, things still tied to the nature and the universe accept their fate, yet we are always looking for the alchemist elixir. This type of art is about money; for those who have the money to buy it; nothing more.

Well, art has been progressing toward this.
I'm sure the critics will scoff at me, but I think it is profound, and I like it.
It combines the weighty concepts of mortality and money. I hope some good can come from it for people who need it.
