to you people saying these dog owners are irresponsible and this video displays reasons why this breed is outlawed in some places can go suck one. As you can see the one dog will not attack the pillo unless the master gives command at time 4:18 this shows obediance. I am also a dog traininer and for somone to make ignorant comments as to look at these people on crack, you obiously dont know shit about dog training or dogs and should be banned from owning dogs yourself!! i own 3 pits by the way!

pits should be 40 - 80 lbs People are raising them larger for bragging rights. I wonder if the larger pits could actually compete with the old style pits. All the videos of the larger pits they seem to be out of breath, very lazy. Just a thought.

@anoldmage i'd say the bully might have the upper hand for a couple minutes, then it would get tired while the true apbt would just be starting to crank up the fight

@anoldmage - A good analysis, these heavier pits look cute but they could never compete with an old time Pit IMO........the old time pits are strong, athletic, healthy and could last at any sport that much longer than these heavier pits. These dogs have been bred bigger for looks, the old time pits were bred smaller and leaner for working purposes.
I have seen both kinds in action and I know the smaller leaner dogs have amazing capabilities.
