We are all infinite Consciousness. We all have a higher Self that exists in another dimension. With Meditation and training we can all achieve this state beyond the body. This is just one existence that our soul is experiencing through this current body. Forces are keeping us Distracted and Pinned but you have to find a way to grasp the stillness in your mind in order to truly see all that is there, and it is vast beyond your wildest dreams.

The Spirit that is really you is difficult to realize because you can't see outside yourself looking back at yourself.

However, imagine one day someone invites you into a special room where they show you a hidden camera that was video taping you since childbearth. That feeling of over-watching yourself would probably be the closest to realizing Spirit.

Who that Spirit is Awareness. That Awareness is a Mystery. It will never be known--probably because it doesn't exist which is a paradox.
