In this video, Erik, you speak for me. I am a landlord and I feel that I should be able to pick and choose any tenant I want for my own reasons. There are landlords that cater to certain groups anyway. Theres section 8, students and the elderly for examples. I personally do not want young people because generally they are not good tenants. Nearby there are landlords that cater to students. The elderly like to be with elderly. The elderly told me they do not want to live near kids.

Hm. Well this might be a no true scotsman fallacy on my part, but based on my reading of most of those ideals, the statists seem to have turned them upside down and twisted them around beyond all recognition. Sure those ideals called government 'necessary', but the rest of it reads 'EVIL' and the goal is to eventually make it UNnecessary. And that's what statists on both ends of the spectrum have a hard time processing in their heads.
