funny thing about women's tennis is that people actually watch it. If the level is such that a male pro ranked 500 could be the greatest ever if he were to start playing in the women's circuit, why watch pro tennis at all? You could find just as much excitement from watching college tournaments, or you can go watch your local A-level club tournaments for free.
