I think I was 14 when I saw these guys in Detroit. It was a long drive, but it was one of the few times that my brother and I got along. Had a great time. And yes--John really did his own back-flips.

I was at this concert.
Winterland was a pit, my car got broken into while I was enjoying the Blues Brothers and the Dead. Shitty venue, shitty car, no money, great concert.......I miss those days.
