Sometimes when they lie down their throats close up. Boo was like this until I we had soft palate surgery on him. You little dog probably can't breathe when he lays down. Boo can sleep now but still has to work at it. Before the surgery he was up and down and up and down.

I love Wyatt...my bulldog Herschel does the exact same thing and I never have my video camera with me to record it....He is a beautiful bulldog...so precious!
