I got a memory so old i wasn't sure at first that i didn't just invent it... But then i stopped the ego and went with it... It was of my dad throwing me into the air and catching me, and i was laughing and screaming like kids do when they're happy and thrilled. It occured to me that the words of this video described how that must have felt: freedom to live in the moment and truly enjoy it without fear of hurt or judgement or rejection, and with security and the feeling of being loved without wo

I remember when I couldn't fall asleep one christmas night cause I was so excited Santa was REALLY coming the next day and my whole family was so happy and all trying to encourage me to go to sleep even my brothers! ;) I truly believed in Santa and felt the true love from my family! ;) I had so much hope love and trust at that moment I could see they felt it on them when they seen it in me! .... @braithmorgan I would say a favourite memory can be a moment when you felt strong positive emotions, were witness of a little wonder or were too overwhelmed by a situation to think clearly. The first time you fell in love or even a totally normal rainbow. Or the memory of a country you visited. Or of a loved person. You have a fave memory. You just have to find it ;)

omw! i don't even think that memory was from this lifetime! that was a soul-journey connecting me to my darling brother who passed away about 10 yrs back!
