i believe is not posible on Pokemon Heart Gold & Soul Silver.... i loved my room on the original Pokemon game on Gold & Silver! and some cameos on the TV like Star Fox 64 or Mario 64 xD

You have to use mystery gift w/ the infared port on top of a game boy color. I got the lapras doll.

Is it possible to get the Pikachu Surf doll, videogames and Posters and Big dolls using the Mystery Gift option from the Stadium 2 game. ~ curious.
I think the remake of HG and SS should have brought these back (getting decoration for room) and not making your Mom give you berries (which is annoying)

@animelovergal2002 Bulbapedia says you can get the Surf Pikachu doll, the NES, Super NES, Nintendo 64, Virtual Boy and various posters and dolls from Mystery Gift. You can find the list on Bulbapedia by searching for their "Mystery Gift" article.

According to Bulbapedia, it is not possible to get a Ledyba doll in Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal.

Mystery Gift with either two Gold/Silver/Crystal games or one G/S/C game with Pokemon Stadium 2 (as shown in another one of my videos). The one gift per day is random, so it is rare to get a doll, ornament, etc.
The other way is by having your mom save money in G/S/C so that she uses your money to buy said dolls, ornaments, etc. Again, it is also rare for that to happen.
