500hp Gallardo ran a 13.6???? They must have been starting in 3rd gear because that is more than a full second off. At least do more than 1 run if you screw up on the first one. That has to be the slowest 1/4 mile ever for a Gallardo. Normal is low 12's. Same goes for the M6. That is a 12.3- 12.5 second car as well not a 13.1

I used to watch 935 Porsche's run circles around everything on the track in the early 80s Daytona and Sebring races. The GM and Fords ran into mechanical problems 3 hours after starting. Hell, The AKAI RX-7s walked all over the Corvettes at Daytona. But those days of IMSA are gone. Now all the cars are identical. I guess GM and Ford cried enough that they could not compete against superior cars.

the 2010 911 Turbo S with 530bhp, 4wd, PDK and launch control does the qtr mile in 11.0 secs...that tops almost every car in the current market!

ZR1 is overrated garbage. It loses the 1/4 to cars that people expect it to beat like the 500bhp 911 Turbo PDK, the the 510bhp F430, and the OLD 530bhp 911 GT2.

The ZR1 gets OBLITERATED by the 630bhp GT2RS, The 650bhp SLR 722, the 661 bhp 599 GTO, the 670bhp Lamborghini LP-670 The ZR1 can't even compete in the 1/4 mile with 500bhp cars let alone 600bhp ones. ZR1 is a typical American garbage car.

No wonder GM went bankrupt.
