Here I am wake surfing for the first time. I've been wakeboarding a couple of times, but this was so much easier.

The water was a perfect 75 degrees and the air temp was like 90 degrees so even though it got cloudy it was really warm.

  • Thanks Conryd. I'll try that next time I get invited out.

  • idk. I was on a friend's boat and board.

  • I know, but I was told to use the rope the first couple times to get used to the wakes. I guess it's easy to get outside of the wake and then you've got to start over and we were running out of time.

  • between 2500 and 3000 rpms is good on my boat

  • I wakesurf at Utah Lake too! Yeah, you do need to slow down if we have a lot of people on we will go 10.4 - 10.6 but if there isnt that many people we will do 11.0

  • that wake was tiny

  • Dude, your boat is going way too fast, If you slow it down it will be alot easier to actually surf the wake instead of just being pulled behind it. Trust me on this, Slow your boat down, get more curl out of your wake and you'l hae a million times more fun wake surfing!

  • Where did you get the surf board?

  • Umm, you are supposed to let go of the rope!!!
