Blow It Out Your Ass It's Veruca Salt is an EP by Veruca Salt released in 1996. It followed the band's hit album American Thighs (1994). The EP contains four songs, two by Nina Gordon and two by Louise Post.

The album art shows the band dressed in toilet paper. In the liner notes, bassist Steve Lack is credited as Stephen J. Lackawicz.

The EP is now out of print.

I saw VS twice in 1998. Once in the summer and once around Christmas. The Christmas show was at the SNET Center in Wallingford CT (the old Oakdale). The place is beautiful inside and the acoustics are great. This was without a doubt the best show I've ever seen in my life. The sound was PERFECT and the girls were even better. The entire place was out of control. Very few shows carried that kind of energy. They even hung around after and signed autographs. I really miss them alot.
