I was very impressed by Joe Biden last night and this was a very candid and moving moment that was not contrived in the least.

I'm glad someone mentioned Sarah Palin's complete non-response after that moment. She is unreal. But I guess if your just a robot what else do you do.

He's was trying to say, look I know I have it good (as opposed to acting like he's "just like the rest of us" like Palin) I for one appreciated his honesty about it. He was being open, but at the same time did you hear how said his house is his only investment? He's well off but not McCain well off. He wasn't bragging. He was saying that he KNOWS and realizes the disparity between him and millions of other Americans trying to make it. At least he's aware whereas Im not sure McCain and Palin are.

Whoever you are, you are so full of it. I guess in your own twisted world or mind someone would exploit their own personal tragedy to get votes. You need to grow up, get a life, and stop tracking how many times someone cried. And your all over this video posting comment upon comment saying the same thing again and again. Let's just hope your loved ones don't die and then years later when your emotional about it someone says you should have gotten over it by then and that your a big fake. Loser.

I never thought Biden was choking up about the loss of his wife and daughter in the car accident 30 years ago, but the potential loss of his son, who was being deployed the next day. I must say, if I was ever undecided about him before, that moment of genuine emotion, of vulnerability and familial connections won my heart.
