The 400 And Over Club's 1971 Monte Carlo, imports just don't have the good looks and raw power muscle cars do!

  • This car is so damn redneck. IMPORTS DO NOT NEED RAW REDNECK POWER TO BEAT MUSCLE CARS. Muscle cars are all about putting the largest engine in a car and expecting it to go fast even though they top out in the 120's to 130's because of push rods. The Japanese are 10x better at making engines than american.

  • Hedge6504's channel is devoted to Sponge Bob, it has all the ear marks of being one of many user names she uses.

How is a 1971 Monte Carlo attached to cowboy hats, the deep south or sun burns?

Jap engines suck for racing, just ask a import owner how races and gets her ass handed to her by a 30 plus year old car.

    Wow your Jealous!

Go play with your cartoons jackass!

  • i gotta tell you steve, its so great to jump on here and admire andy's car even though he's not with us. THANK YOU.

  • The funny thing about the Monte is that it's no bigger then other extended A body GM cars but for some reason it looks "huge", in some ways it reminds me of a Ford LTD, I even have a hard time picturing younger guys driving it, it seems like a 40s mans family car.

When they are quick it seems strange, almost a sleeper car.

This car really twists the frame on launch, it runs sometimes without the hood & you can see everything "tweek".

Sounds like a nice truck, what about your F150?

My first car was a 72 LeMans. At one time I owned a very rare 1998 LX Jeep Grand Cherokee with the 360ci engine.

My other rides I dont post on the net.

Being true to PMD is no different then say being a Steelers Fan. I feel that PMD designed a better engine then the SBC & had PMD had a truck line things may have played out different.

Hold on to the T37, they are mighty rare!

I admire all types of cars and trucks.

The front of the Monte doesn't do much for me, the rear half of the car does offer "muscle" like appearance. Would I buy one? Prob not, would I invest in it as a racer No Way.

I grew up around PMD & Dodge, In the 80s as a kid I watched & learned as my father tuned the tri power on our 389 66 Bon Conv. However when we got a 74 T/A 6.6 my PMD faith was forged.

We also owned a Scout, F150 (3 on the tree), AMC Gremlin, Harleys & a Honda 750.

  • Well, i'm not a Chevy guy, I think that most Chevy muscle cars look like "bricks". even more so when you look at the clean lines & good looks of PMD cars of the same years.

With that being said "you drive a F150" what part of a 1/2 ton pickup looks better then this car?

    O_o

  • Making engines yea, but not making power. Leave the power making to good old American muscle!

  • lmfao!

  • ..............imports suck, stupid asian shit sowin machine car wana bs
