Over the time we have been making our videos we have recieved many questions about how and why we adopted. To date, we have not directly answered these. This was because we really wanted to tell the story as a whole..not in pieces, and because we want to do the topic justice. This will still have to be a multi part story...but at least it will have the benefit of context.

This part of the story addresses the conversations we had with each other about having kids, what we were willing to take on, and how to go about doing it.

One of the hardest part of adoption is finding an agency that has worked with gay couples before. We have tried to help in that search on our website by adding a list of gay friendly adoption agencies.

  • @Wishingstarification You have no understanding about state adoptions and why kids are removed you really need to educate yourself.

  • :') Your guy's relationship is beautiful. I can honestly say I have never seen a relationship like yours. <3 Great luck with your futures and you have amazing, beautiful children.

  • @medusa1450 someone who would criticize me; even though I tried my hardest to fit in. It doesn't matter if your eight or eighty, you`ll still get criticized, taunted, teased, you name it. In life you're just going to have to live with it and make the best out of a bad situation. Children do not need both a mother and a father to grow up healthy, kind, and intelligent. People come from all walks of life...

  • @medusa1450 So, you would rather have a child live in an overly crowded house and continuously deal with being shifted from house to house instead of letting a loving and welcoming gay couple adopt them? All because of the fear that they`ll get harassed because they don't have a mother (or a father in a lesbian case)? Let me tell you something; Although i`m done with school I can say for myself that no matter how many times i've tried to change myself for others to like me, there was always...

  • @donnie8986 Im not judging them for being gay what im saying is that isnt right for them to adopt kids because it will ruin their life! they will see other kids with their mom and dad and they will ask where their mom is, and what will the gay couple say? thats REALLY fucked up, its okay if they get married but not adopting! youre not in school anymore but other kids are and other kids will obviously laugh at them for being adopted by two men, they will get bullied all the time

  • @medusa1450 Yes. It would be okay if I was to be adopted by a loving homosexual couple. I`m sorry I`m NOT a sexual deviant like you who only obsesses with what two grown men do in the bedroom. Secondly, bullied? I`m not in school anymore but if I had to deal with it, then I would take it up with administration like any rational human being would. Ending comments: Gay people are PEOPLE too! Stop judging people you don't even know. After all, being gay isn't a lifestyle or a choice.

  • @medusa1450 you really need to educate yourself...there is more straight anal sex in the world then gay people having anal sex. As for our kids getting teased in school they are very happy and popular for having two dads...We don't live in the backwoods like yourself where its legal to marry your cousin.

  • @donnie8986 an idiot? so it will be okay for you if you get adopted by a gay couple knowing they fuck eachother' ass and it will be okay for you getting bullied everyday at school? you should think before you post so you are the idiot one for not thinking all the shit someone will go thru if that happens

  • @medusa1450 You're an idiot.

  • What the heck are people meaning saying "why should gays get someone else's kid if they can't have their own"? Kids who are in the system don't have parents and don't belong to anyone! They aren't someone else's kid! They would be lucky to have parents that love them. Regardless if their parents are gay.

  • @mightymaxfan Let me squeeze your balls.

  • what do you think of ex exodus leaders Gary Cooper and Michael Bussee, and the fact Gary Cooper died of Aids in 1991, eventhough they have been together since 1979 and had a formal commitment ceremony in 1982? i think many christians would use that to question whehter gays should be allowed to adopt, as you might live a "hedonistic" lifestyle, regardless of whether you are in long term relationship or not.the only reason I am writing this is to giving you chance to explain your side.
