O'Donnell needs to direct his angst towards Senator Dodd, Tim Geitner and Lawrence Summers for the TARP money being used to pay these bonuses as Dodd wrote the specific section of the stimulus bill that allowed these bonuses to be paid. Also, O'Donnell should be grilling Dodd and Obama for that matter as well on whether they would return the hundred thousand dallars plus that they each recieved from AIG and AIG execs.

Let him read the bill first, O'Donnell! If the Democrats think it's good legislation to legally take back what you legally gave, let them vote for it. Who voted for the stimulus in the first place?
YET, when the Pres. ran around the country pushing his stimulus he should never made one of his main talking points that bad players wouldn't be rewarded for bad behavior if he had no intention of putting his actions where his mouth was. Then to run around shocked & choking mad, no excuses! Pathetic!

It was ridiculous the idea that the administration allowed them to get their bonuses. But what's all the outrage about 160 million dollars. AIG was bailed out with 160 BILLION dollars. how about outrage about that. They shouldn't have been bailed out in the first place. Furthermore even though it's a sham to give incompetent exec a bonus it was a result of a contractual agreement. Contracts should always be honored. I know in the new america we don't want to honor our contracts.
