Today was a day of Firsts! Hassel Stacy and his daughter, Ashley Stacy from Zebulon, NC made their way offshore today in search of a first big fish, first Mahi, first King Mackerel, in general, firsts of big fish! With the bottom fishing nearly impossible due to the currents Capt. Butch and I were relieved to hear the desire for BIG fish and we made our way toward the south beach of Bald Head to catch some live pogys. After catching some pogys, they headed offshore about 20 miles and started landing lots of "big" fish. They were fishing aboard the YEAH RIGHT II, out of Souhport, NC.
