  • @tywainwright1 Actually, now that I think about it, it's weird that they titled it "speed and power," but in the description they "rehab." Which one is it, can't be both.

  • @tywainwright1 Seeing as how the description mentioned rehab, I doubt he's doing this for speed gains. You could still get speed benefits from a full pushup if you just keep your ams closer to your body, focusing on the triceps and sternal head of the pecs. But either way, this type of pushup works part of a rehab/recovery workout

  • @caeleyanne123 people who put work into there sport usually know how bad a tear hurts. some dont. my teammates in waterpolo were assholes about it because my coach brainwashed the team into thinking that if you cant see the problem then nothing is wrong. BS. FUCK HIGH SCHOOL COACHES. anyways. the shittalkers probably arnt even in a sport. there either skin and bones or super fat. dont get to worked up over them. they talk shit on this guy cause they know they would get KO'd by a healthy boxer
